Danielle Marie, as a solo artist, was the recipient of the 2015 BCCMA Ray McAuley Horizon award and the winner of the CCMA spotlight contest. She met her now fiancé Jordan Pritchett in a songwriting session earlier that same year, and they have been singing and doing life together ever since. Jordan is also no stranger to the music industry, having been the lead guitar player for Juno nominated band Faber Drive and also performing on multiple stages with his dad, Canadian country music star Aaron Pritchett. When Danielle and Jordan decided to merge together and form Cross Parallel in 2019, people really started to pay attention. They have performed at the BCCMA Awards, opened for acts like CCMA hall-of-famer Terri Clark, and have shared bills with artists like Kip Moore, Mackenzie Porter, Washboard Union, Madeline Merlo and Darius Rucker to name a few.
